Born on a job site, not a boardroom
CAS started with a frustration every Caribbean builder knows: paying mainland prices plus freight, plus customs, plus retail markup, for the same cement, rebar and roofing the rest of the world buys cheap. On a single island, no contractor buys enough to negotiate. Together, we buy plenty.
So we built a cooperative. We pool the demand of builders and developers across Curaçao, Bonaire, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Barbados, Trinidad, Suriname and the wider region, then go factory-direct. We manage the container, the freight forwarding and the customs clearance, and we hand the savings, and a share of the surplus, back to our members.
